So worked through my first bug and it appears that its not really a bug just a 3% chance of anyone completing the quest. Its one of the lowest chance things in the smart_scripts. How do you decide if you should increase the odds of something happening?

For a PR to be accepted it should include a reliable source of the blizlike behaviour, ideally in the 3.3.5 area.

right I watched a couple but theres no way to know if its really a 3% chance and the Tuber just got lucky. He got it in about 4 kills
