hi everyone, first post so bit of a noob here, do we need security level 3 in the account to be able to use .npc add commands in game? My full question is here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7347...e-template

I have added mod-npc-all-mounts. This has SQL script that I execute to create creature_template with ID 601014.
How do I spawn this NPC to various locations in the game ?
