Been looking at where in the database you could check and fix this, and just discovered that my server has failed to import multiple databases, including skillline_dbc.

If most of the empty tables are the _dbc ones, then the server didn't fail anything

Those tables are meant to override the DBC files in your server's data folder, not meant to contain data as a baseline, with a few exceptions such as spell_dbc
