Otherwise what type of content that can be edited/added in the server without having to code or modify games files ? Something that can be done with using .conf files or Something in Database with HeidiSQL ?

Can we for exemple make custom spell via the database using assets already in game ? Like using existing ID to make custom spell ?

Anything that the client can **see** needs to be edited on both sides. Updating spells, adding spells, removing spells etc. That doesn't include things like health and power values though because that's sent from the server to the client. Hell, even changing the amount of allowed players in a dungeon or raid needs to be updated on both sides.

They do use the same files so you change one and add it to both sides, there's no need to change two different sets of files.

No. The client still needs to load the data for the spell from the dbc files, that's the info the client sees.

The spell damage etc the server only accepts what's in its files or people could just modify their spells and destroy people with it.

Hmmm I see, and doing something like this is really not something recommend for a newbie like myself, at least for now. What type of content would you recommend me to try then where I could add/modify in the server to gain experience and train myself to begin with ?

I'm not sure exactly what. Almost anything that isn't loaded only from dbcs can be changed from either the database or source.
