I know there's something called Trinity Creator for the Trinity core that can help you create Items, Quest, creatures etc. Do we have something similar for the Azerothcore ?

Most of it is the same between the emulators, some rare tables haven't yet been updated to what TC uses but I don't think you'll notice.

That's up for you to discover, frankly. There may be differences in some places, but I'm not going to compare each table to tell you where those differences are. It's easy enough to run the queries and if it says a column is, or columns are, missing then it could very well just be the same column but named differently. I tend to compare the table of both emulators and judge if it's just a different name.
