I think they meant to add something to the PR you linked mentioning the removal of `-master`, `-main` etc (the repo branch) from the name of the folders before compiling with modules.

Seeing as you want to change the spell, I would say you have to modify the dbc file related to it. Probably Spell.dbc.

I think the spell ID for Divine Plea is 54428. It is in the DBC file, not the SQL data - only spells that need special changes are in the SQL database. Otherwise, it is all used directly from the DBC file. You will need to change the DBC to edit the spell. (You can edit it on the server but for any changes that the client needs to see, it will need a client patch as well.) I hope that is helpful!
