Most of the changes done to the DBC files on the servers side seem to require the client to have the same changes. Even small things.

serverside only is fine, no need to fix the tooltip on clientside. but that helps alot! thanks guys

It can still cause issues when you change something without giving the client the same changes. You can try it, but if the changes aren't working it's most likely that reason.
