There's no info passed to the server about that, right.
All handled client side.
But i see an issue with that intention: one can just avoid being damaged by pressing enter i guess.

I don't sure if that's the desired behaviour at all times l even if theres a way to do it

You could add that functionality using AIO. But if it's just for your friends, you could also teach them a spell which makes them invincible until they right-click the aura.
