Order matters if e.g. your insert comes before the delete, but within the inserts/deletes order only makes a cosmetic difference that doesn't matter

We delete in this case to avoid duplications right? Delete anything that exist with X ID, addthat X ID, otherwise if we just added could have duplications

For `game_tele`, it *is* a primary key, so we wouldn't be seeing duplicates, just SQL errors
