Vanilla teles get you inside ofthe instance, tbc and wotlk get you at the entrance of the dungeon (not all work like that but majority)

I know Blizz (usually) had two teles for instances, one for the instance portal and one inside the instance (e.g. `blacktemple`/`blacktempleinstance`) except in cases where the instance is huge, then they had multiple inside the instance
