honestly if it wouldnt be like "u are supposed to provide test with ur PR" u would be pulling on shorter string anyway bcs then there would have to be at least 1 dedicated person to just writing tests for ppl who didnt

i would be kind of worried that after writing 100 tests we would find so many bugs and unintended behavior that there wouldnt be enough ppl to fix it

yes but until it would be fixed u either have to comment out those test cases or u wouldnt be able to make tests condition for PR acceptance
