`rank` in `creature_template` sets the.. rank. Elite/rare/boss. Not sure what your second question is.

To get maps, you just look at the `map` column of `creature`. That much I think I understood from you.

I've removed your message due to the IP it contained.
malformed packet are likely to be random portscans. i recommend banning the IP and moving on.
