whats left is to restart the vps and see if that helps any. if not then its the vps side of things with connectivity.

even though the speed test may show good connections durning the test, there is alot of isps and vps that will show or allow select speeds to run at full when hitting a speed test site. its been well documented online in numerous cases.

well also keep in mind one thing, and its a practice i have seen that i dont agree with when it comes to alot of vps companies

the tier you sub too, if its on the "bottom budget tier" of what the vps companies offer, you may be put in a lower priority when it comes to connectivity compared to the more expensive tiers
