well you specs should be more then enough for alot of players. however from my experience, i encounter project servers with lag due to them hosting their own clients for download from their own vps that was being ran on the same server. often times the upload from the client would take priority over the client connections

because i seen pending cumlative updates causing delays and lag as well, so restarting to finish applying the updates would resolve it in a few cases i seen.
