But if you use the negative value, the intention is that it should be triggered "on removal" but it does not happen

So is actually pretty close to work without the need of import more hard-coded stuff into the core

<@!213383518842126336> You got any idea where to determine spell damage? Say in PoS for example, if I wanna lower Glacial Strikes damage how would I go about it? I've tried in both spell.dbc and database but it's not effecting it at all.
I can't find anything on it and I've exhausted all my knowledge on it.
I'm on newest rev AC but in PoS Glacial Strike is doing mad damage, like 15k+ per tick and I can't figure out where it's determined.
Any chance you might know? Sorry for the ping as well.

But even in general, what's the best way of editing spells and abilities for both creature and player?
Spell_bonus_data doesn't effect a lot of spells and abilities.
Neither does editing spell.dbc, I've tried spell effect as well but it doesn't effect a lot of spells and abilities either.
I get that there's spells that ranges by health and other stats of course.
I haven't found any other way of doing it which makes little sense to me.
