well for this case I dont know, but I could reproduce it 100% of the time in HandlePlayerLoginFromDB(). But since it still can be reproduced in for ragnaross it's probably a deeper rooted issue

I dont have a server to boot up atm so couldn't check. But assuming raid enterances work with TeleportTo() I would guess the issue lies within it

it's most likely one of two things in that case: initial update_object is sent to client but player is then transferred to another map while the client is sending name queries requests, server will reject these because the opcode is handled as STATUS_LOGGEDIN. Or the second option, it's due to the server sending the name data while client is out of the world and it doesn't know how to deal with it and ignores the request
