I remember a similar quirk when I first implemented crossrealm that caused people to _sometimes_ get stuck in loading screens, went down a rabbit hole of comparing to retail sniffs to find out emulators in general do something wrong during map transfer process causing sometimes out of order issues. really can't remember what it was though, something stupid

ragnaros is summoned after a short event, I'm not sure if it is possible for the player have an ongoing transfer at that point

the emerge thing, I'm not sure if the spell does anything with visibility/model, can't remember top of my head

After he was emerged i can target him from here but he appears for me normal
