Ah ok, in this case you have to set the path to your MySQL lib in cmake manually. It seems cmake uses a other MySQL lib version.

Is there a path on the right side of the window?
I'm running AC on Linux, my experience with Windows is a few years ago. But there should be an entry for the MySQL library that is used in the compile process.
