9.0 might work but I don't know about newer versions than that, 8.4 is the safe bet though.

It's also not really.. I mean, looking up, it's when the server is starting it's running into issues.

If 9.3 is installed you could try setting `MySQLExecutable` in authserver.conf and worldserver.conf to point to the mysql 9.3 executable

is a possibility that the directory is just wrong ? i first installed 9.3 but then i swa in the tut video that an older version is used deinstalled and configured 8.4 like in the video
