as per the log the server is looking for the maps folder at its location (`DataDir ./`)
you should change that value to where you actually extracted the Data to or change the location of the Data

Nvigate to your build folder -->bin-->RelWithDebInfo Make folder "Data" and put folder "DBC MAPS MMAPS VMAPS" in the folder data, then in same RelwithDebInfo Folder open folder CONFIGS and open worldserver.conf file and find line 'Datadir' and edit it put locations of your Data folder betwen ""

you do not change ip in config files, they remain 127.0.0.1, in config file you adjust user name and password if u do nto use defaults
