Mangos One or CMangos TBC, idk which is best, but they have their own community, so pick the most active. And yes, like Revision says, you can use `disables` table to disable maps so you can't go there and game won't load.

Anything else that is made by the community (modules) that tend to emulate other expansions is made by the community not by the team of the core (not the core focus to emulatre previous content)
