I just removed a lot of the talents to make it use the same structure as the vanilla trees (and replaced some of the talents) but I'm not going to bother with all those spell changes.

and so can anyone comment on the pipeline for developing these private servers. what is the hardest part?
If i jsut follow a youtube guide on getting a server up and running and i can cononect to it and jump around, whats the hardest part to turn it into a real private server.
im guessing client modifications are not simple?

do most of these cores have missing pieces? like if i walk into an instanced dungeon will it populate with creatures and bosses with mechanics?
What about mobs spawming in the proper spots on the maps and respawning when dead.
is most of that stuff included with the cores?

it depends on what you want, everything you think about "complex system" is hardest part, if you are not a developer, maybe finding a guy that wants to make everything you want is the hardest part... so...
