try this `.learn 33391` and test the horse (make sure youre not mounted)

Okay i found a workaround in case anyone has this question in the future. you can /cast <skillname>... like /cast blacksmithing

but now every time I hit the hotkey for my mod it says 'already know mount'

Shift+C or C whatever key is and go to mounts, and mount from there
