This gets solved daily.
Make sure the IP in the realmlist table points to your worldserver from the clien'ts pov.

yeah he can create but after he presses create it gets stuck on creating character

In hamachi do you two have a gree dot or a blue dot, if anyone of oyu has a blue dot you can't connect via many things (therefor i recommend rAdmin thath as barely any issues compare to hamachi for those who dont use their public ip)
