Hi folks, still really struggling with this one.. All ports are open and fowarded correctly, all IP's are in the DB correctly... local network clients connect fine, external ones get through the login, but are disconnected after selecting a realm... anyone got any tips for next troubleshooting steps?

Sounds like either auth server isn’t working or you should start looking through logs

found the folder... but no logs being written... gonna go through the conf and see if i can turn on more verbose logging

Unless you disabled them they should be in there

i found a logs folder in /env/dist/etc but that was empty

so the only logs i can get are the remote client's connection attempt:
