Unless it's just one armature that wasn't set properly. That traceback isn't very clear.

But there's always some reasonable explanation when there's an export error, I've found, even if the code isn't documented very well. Usually it's a missing texture, or if you leave in the "antiportal" object when backporting from Cata.

It's best to remove or hide anything that isn't explicitly set to be some sort of WMO or M2 object. If you hide it, you can turn it back on afterward.
