I downloaded the patch archive, unzipped it and put it in the data folder, and then I didn't make any changes to these patches, nor did I add any more files to any folder in the game

It doesn't contain the sql file, I see their instructions, it's just a plain HD texture patch

and you're certain the infoboard did not exist in that location before you installed that patch?

good, then we're back at somehow getting noggit to display that model for you. You can _try_ adding those missing blps to a patch somewhere manually and see if the model re-appears if the errors no longer show up
