Do the models by any chance have some sort of empty and unneccessary texture on top of the used one? It could be that noggit would ignore it while the client would not

atleast its always texture size to the power of 2 so 64, 128, 256, 512 etc.

If texture size is wrong, it will usually be green. Of course could be, worth checking, but I would predict an empty texture that doesn't link to any blp on top of the real one due to the white colour

It would just be odd if texture size somehow was wrong since I edited a copy of the original file then made it a blp. If it didn’t link to a blp then how is noggit reading it?
When I get on today I’ll take some screenshots of blender to try to figure it out it’s really bizarre
