It's a windows permission issue as far as I'm aware, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

It's unlikely to be the issue with your custom patches. In fact google seems to imply the attribute does not effect it: https://www.tenforums.com/general-suppor...oblem.html

Hmm, I actually haven’t tested it manually on the patches yet. However I’ve tried on every folder, changed the permissions in security, folder protection from windows and tried cmd etc so starting to lose hope
