Highly doubt u need a custom exe for it to read more patches. I don't know anything about vanilla/tbc but in 335 u can add as many patches as u want

In vanilla you also don't need a custom exe for more patches. They wouldn't limit patch amount specifically for tbc and nothing else. If your patch uses custom interface files, you will need a patched exe, but that's because of a different issue

I can't add any patches to tbc client, it always crashes many people suggests using custom exe. So my question here is it safe to use a custom mod exe ? and where i could get it?
