Yes Spell Effect 3 in your seals sets the judgement up. You'll have to put the id of the Judgement Spell that you wanna trigger into the base points and subtract 1. and set it to SPELL_AURA_DUMMY. You'll also have to add the pala seal script to the seal when you make custom seals. For that you have to go to the "spell_script_names" table in mysql and add "spell_pal_seals" to your seal id. this is all for trinity core, dunno how it works for ac.

Maybe... I wouldn't know how and why tho. Setting up seals and judgements doesn't req scripting at all.
