Is there a Documentation or Guide what the mask values for Name_Lang_Mask are for example? (in spell.dbc)

i guess that value says what languages are supported? (16712190 = enUS?)

I changed a spell in that .dbc and now i'd like to create the client patch. but even if i enter data in the column of that language, the spells are without title/description ingame.

Don't think it really matters tho, afaik not setting it works, I usually just copy other rows

yeah it's strange you can't realy find anything about it.
if you take this as normal bitmask, there aren't even enough languages in the table to get to this number...
if i use the english client, all is fine. but no chance on german client.
aaaand, i'm too stupid to extract the german spell.dbc from my client.
if i just open spell.dbc in locale_deDE, the editor throws errors.

i made a workaround and edited the spells in the spell_dbc table, it's ugly and not 100% how i'd want it.
but it's usable (ARAC mod: arcane torrent for rage, just added a 3rd effect to the one for rogues so warriors and ferals have one too)
