For reference i made all of the relic items Ranged slot items so they could be equipped by the class.

nah it does this for every relic item but not ranged items like bows or guns

generally relic items use no model in dbc so in this case client loads shanecube

iirc in the chrclasses.dbc there is a flag where you can swap the relic slot with the ranged slot.. not 100% sure anymore but this exact problem rings a bell

i bet if you run query on dbc file to set some sort of empty model it'll be fixed
