This only sovles personal cast overwriting the buff, others can still buff you with other ranks and make it stack

yeah sorry I miswrote it, I meant a rank 2 spell replacing a rank 1 effect (such as Immolate dot for example).

removing the family name seemd to allow those two dot effect to both apply on the target without replacing one another.
