just character logout, isntant logout --> login and it is scrubbed

Perhaps some change in TC code doesnt like the fact that it doesnt have duration and also isnt equippable gear or something like that to get some sort of revalidation to be "on" the character on login after logout?
I dont know much about code but since it was working 2-3 years ago and my spell.dbc has not been changed since then and this is a fresh, clean and not bugged TC compile this is my only guess.
