Yes, as Rev said its just dbc data. It's finicky. Trivial to create once you understand how it works.

It has special gameobject template addon data too.
The dbc data has lots of rules, like some most be always ascending primary key with no gaps.
Also understanding the node system, e.g: it spawns at 2nd coord and uses first for orientation, and same with the ending
