So it ended up being, that I spawned the item in before I completed setting it up. This caused it to cache it, so clearing out the client cache fixed it.
That video was super helpful as well! Thanks for sharing. Only thing I couldn't do from the video was the item import, kept giving me a error when trying to connect it to my database. So just had to manually add the item instead.
