here's a spell editor insert for the spell, you can run it in the DB that your spell editor uses and it will create the spell.
Once imported, re-open your spell editor and export it to Spell.dbc

I've to check it when I'm home, the spell was not finished as in used but it work. I think turtle wow is the closest thing that shows how it should've worked
