A blizzlike server where if you sit still for more than a min a tentacle will spawn and begin molesting you. You'll have level up, do every instance, quest, and kill every mob to collect fragments to form the Tear of Cthulhu that you can then use on yourself to remove the curse that summons a tentacle. Only then you're tricked and summon a world boss that instantly kills you and permadeath locks your character. Each time you die, you're then reborn with a new debuff that summons two tentacles instead of one but you get a 10% boost to your stats. I would waste my life on this.
