retail masks the textures with TXID and you have to use a tool that corrects it

txid remover does not delete the texture, it changes the texture ID with path from the listfile community so your game can read that hardcoded texture in game
if it's not a txid issue, you may check your material before and after convertion
but from your screenshot, it seems you have not used any txid remover tool

I'm on phone you'll have to dig a bit the discord but alastor sent a mega link with a lot of tools inside, he also sent a tldr of steps to do with retroport
cronos also sent a link with a guide, and tools repack
