ya like thats how it works in practice for creating new ones.
im talking in the core, when i push shadowbolt, what is checking to see if i have say bane rank 3 to affect the cast time.
im looking through azerothcore atm but really any core should work, trying to find how its actualy checking for them

are you trying to make an emulator ? when casting a spell you just check all active talents aura if that talent has the same bits as your spell, if so apply talent modifier to that spell

kind of, im making my own game over in godot and i liked working with custom wow spells/talents so much i was trying to emulate that to some degree there
