Unless it's casted by another mob, it will either refresh or stack.

and <@175288554828595200> i mean: when i cast a spell like Rejuvenation(774) it puts me an aura on me, i want to make that when i cast Rejuvenation it apply auras on me over and over, and not refresh the current exist one. I remember that i did it on Legion Core, but idr how i did and i want to know if is possible to do in wotlk

Does it have to be over and over again? Wouldn't a simple aura that just procs the heal every few seconds do?
