Are you essentially saying that for the carriage though unlike the mammoth, the bone they are currently tied to doesn't rotate with the slopes which is why the seats wont as well?

Yeah, that's my best bet for what's happening if they are positioned correctly on a flat surface.

They are positioned correctly on a flat surface because I edited each seat individually in vehicleseat. Should they have just automatically gone to their respective points even if the offset was set to 0 if the attachment points were working properly?

AFAIK (and this is mostly theoretical since I haven't worked with vehicles myself) attachments should move i.e. rotate/scale/translate with the bone they are attached to. That's how swords move with the animations for the model holding them. Since this works with attachment points, I imagine the same goes for a player model attached to a vehicle model.

I haven't done this in a while, but I remember that you need to change the XYZ position in the attachment or the bone.

I assume I can just set it to the same thing I did for Vehicle seat

I use Blender to rotate the bones, and positioning can also be done either in Blender or in 010

This is where I see the bones/attachment points right now which I assume is fine and I dont have to edit it further in 010 with what your saying
