What drives me nuts is that the Effect 1 (the aura that procs) is conditional to the maces being equipped, and stops when they are unequipped. But the Effect 2 (the attackspeed debuff aura) does not obey the condition of the maces not being equipped anymore.

Is it maybe because it is considered a debuff? Therefore cannot be put out?

it's behaving weridly, if I proc the aura (through proper weapon equipped), then unequip the weapon, it seems to cancel the proc aura, its so weird
