Memory serves, its one of these. Had an issue with one of my retroported objects being used from like 100yards cause of my copy/pasting. I forget which one fixed it but pretty sure its one of those in GameObjectDisplayInfo.dbc

can confirm it is those fields though. I can now interact with it anywhere in render distance.
