Yeah, that's doable. But it won't visualise the spawned object. That's the whole point of what I am trying to achieve.

So - so far. The only solution that can work how I want is to make custom spell for EACH of the spawnable object.

Thats just demo thing he just took random house you can pretty much set a zone, area take over a house etc.
