You can try the addon method I use. It works by renaming the Heroic text to whatever you want. Just have to enable the HC flag on the item and be sure the ilvl matches up. https://discord.com/channels/40766404101...0087871488

Cache cleared as well? Should be showing it, assuming the SQL went through. That SQL was for Trinity. Can always manually test it. Just have to set the HC flag to the item with the correct ilvl. Cache clear and should appear.
