figured it out, apparently there are 2 very nasty ADTs on eastern kingdoms map (26_24 and 26_25) and removing those causes the vmtree file to not even be detectable

they're both empty ADTs but for some reason the server doesnt like not having them

i've removed hundreds of ADTs already with no issues and it seems that only these 2 are very critical for some fucked up reason
