you dont have to provide them with an MPQ if all you changed was duration but they wont be able to see the new duration on the tooltip before the spell is casted

for example, the tooltip will say that the spell lasts for 30 minutes but the actual duration will be whatever you have set it to on the server side

That was what we thought as well. "It shouldn't cause this". Turns out I got really unlucky cuz my ISP came by the neighborhood to make some changes to their networking and as a result I lost my ports and I can't portforward anymore.

If his isp moved him to a cgnat then that won't help. Would need to either get a unique ipv4 back, use a vps, or buy hosting.
