Export as BLP via wow.export and then just drag and drop all folders from wow.export's export folder into your MPQ patch

The only thing to be careful with is if some folders have spaces in their names because wow.export will remove the space when exporting

So you'd have to rename the folders and add the missing space before dropping them in the patch
